Experienced Sign Sales Executive

What you get by working as an independent Signdealz Sign Consultant :

  • Sales Support: Signdealz provides both sales and operational support on every project you sell. For those new to the industry, we offer a 1-week sales boot camp and on-the-job training and mentoring for the training period.
  • Earning Potential: Opportunity to earn $100K+, no cap on compensation. We pay all consultants $80,000 base + commission on all sales. You control how much you make with no limits. We also offer a 3% Match on your 401K and health insurance with $100 in HSA contribution per month with matching. 17 days PTO, Health Insurance, Disability long term, and short term, Dental, Vision, Signdealz branded uniforms, and phone and computer allowance.

We employ a sign strategist to help you tackle complex jobs resulting in higher margins. Your projects are built and handed off to our project management team so you can focus on sales!

 

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Taking the initiative to understand the Signdealz offerings and pricing
  • Selling electric and outdoor digital signage solutions into Small and Medium-Sized Businesses as well as large corporate accounts in your community.
  • Acquire new customers through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
  • Managing up to 30 to 40 opportunities effectively
  • Researching prospects and understanding competitor strengths and weaknesses.
  • Embracing and executing our process, which includes effective opportunity management through CRM software
  • Perform on-site demonstrations using the Signdealz sales demonstration vehicle.

 

Education, Experience, or Required Skills:

  • Formal sales methodology & training experience a plus (Miller Heiman, Strategic, Spin, Relationship, Action Selling, Dale Carnegie, Black Belt Selling, Solution Selling, Sandler Sales, etc.)
  • Consistently leads his/her peers by example, by embodying the capabilities, motivation, and drive to succeed of a top performer
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective selling strategies for enterprise customers.
  • Articulate; strong, polished verbal and written communication skills for corresponding with Executive-level prospects and business owners.
  • Organized and self-sufficient; proven to set goals and achieve them, self-motivated, and lead others via example.
  • Able to work effectively with other team members (sales engineers, lead gen team, management, services) to provide the best experience for the customer and the highest likelihood of successfully closing and implementing the deal.
  • Organized and self-sufficient.
  • Willingness and initiative to learn and contribute to the team’s professional development.
  • Polished/professional presence for face-to-face meetings or trade shows.
  • 5 or more years proven sales experience, Electric Sign experience a Plus
  • Experience using various web-based CRM platforms
