Sign Production Technician

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing sign company as a full-time Sign Production Technician. We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our team. If you're energetic, honest, organized, and dependable, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively

- Experience in the sign industry is required

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders

Essential Duties:

- Operate various machines essential to sign production

- Design and prepare files for production (pre-press)

- Expertise in vinyl application including weeding, masking, applying, and quality control (QC)

- Perform lamination tasks using industry-standard techniques

- Utilize laser cutting and engraving equipment proficiently

- Assemble signage, including ADA-compliant signage

Additional Skills:

- Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus

- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
